All our pictures and photos available at www.apernature.com and www.apernature.se is copyright protected but possible to purchase and after that free to download. We at Apernature have adopted a simple pricing philosophy just to make it just simple. The price is 500 SEK (incl "moms"), 50 EUR or 65 USD per item (June 2010). If you prefer an offer in another currency let us know and we will find a suitable solution. The price in non Swedish currency will change monthly due to exchange rates. Included in the price is the use of the purchased material published once in one media. We are happy to make special offers for larger orders. Please don’t hesitate to contact us about anything regarding our business at info@apernature.se Terms To ensure the copyright of our photos we demand to have the photographers name (i.e. “Photo: Patrik Andersson/Apernature”) published in connection to the photo. If you have strong arguments for other alternatives please contact us for solving the actual case. Purchased material would be available for downloading from our servers or sent on CDROMs. We would appreciate if we could have one copy of the product which contains our photo. This copy will be placed in our reference library and might be referred to in our reference list. The purchaser has no right to use our material in any other way than what we have agreed to in the purchasing document. The purchaser is not allowed to copy, sell or give away our material to any third party under any circumstances outside the usage agreed with us. Our condition of payment is 30 days and after the settling day we apply a penalty interest of 10% per started 30 days period. Any objections to the invoice have to be raised within 10 days from the invoice date. Private Purchase Images could also be purchased by private persons as printed on paper or on canvas. For price offers please contact us at info@apernature.se and tell us about the format and type you like to have. Delivery time depends on size and type of printed material. We pack the printouts rigours so they should not be damage during transport. Please tell us which carrier you like, our standard shipment is as surface mail.
